PerformCare: All referrals must come from PerformCare/Children’s System of Care (CSOC). If you know a child that would benefit from therapeutic services, please call PerformCare at: 1-877-652-7624.

The call should be made by the youth’s parent/guardian. If the youth is age 18 and older, they are permitted to make the call without a parent/guardian.

During the call with PerformCare, you will be asked to thoroughly describe the presenting concerns and/or behaviors. You maybe offered moble response services or a biopsyhcosocial evaluation.

If offered biopyshcosocial evalution, a licensed clinician from the agency will contact you within 48 hours from the time of your call to set up an interview. Upon completion, the clinician will provide preliminary suggestions on what level of service maybe offered by the state.

It is important to remember that while the clinician may make the initial recommendations, it essentially is PerformCare that will make the decision once their clinician staff reviews the evaluation.

PerformCare: Therapeutic services are provided in Burlington and Camden counties.

For needs assessments/biopsychosocial evaluations, we service all counties in the State of New Jersey.

Outpatient: Clinical therapy services are provided for individuals in PA and NJ.

IIC: Intensive In-Community (Therapist/Counselor)

BA: Behavior Assistant

CM: Care Manager

MRSS: Mobile Response and Stablization Services

CMO: Case Management Organization

CFT: Child and Family Team meeting

BPS: Biopsyhcosocial Evaluation

Perform Care: If you are authorized to receive intensive therapy services from PerformCare, all services are free-of-charge to families.

Outpatient: Private insurance and Medicare are accepted. For private pay, the cost is $150 for a 60-minute session.
